Hey -
I regeistered last week and I finally got a chance to figure out all this user name/user ID mumbo jumbo. I have posted a few messages on the open boards but this is my first registered post. Anywho, I finally found the Dak that I was after and I pounced on it. I got a ripping deal too. My good ole Toyota 4x4 got rear-ended a few weeks ago, and I just couldn't live with a truck that was messed up, so I took the opportunity and used insurance + some to get the ultimate truck on the road.
It took some wheeling and dealing but I finally got my truck and the best part is it was all my $$ --> I'm 16.
It's a '98 Club Cab 4x4, V8 5spd, Sport, with the limited slip diff. It has some minor body damage (small dent in tailgate and rear bumper and one little door ding) but that was offset by the fact that it already had a 2 chamber flow system . . . . How many of you are in the Bay Area? I haven't found any good wheeling destinations but I'm always looking. If there are any excursions going on I am down if you don't mind having a stupid kid in his big white truck tagging along. Peace-
