Subject: Rancho 3" lift.....does anyone IP: Logged
Message: Have this suspension kit on there dakota?? I already have my kit but I've had a hard time finding someone to install it. One shop wanted $900 bucks because they said that the Dakota is one of the worst to lift. Is this true or are they trying to stiff me???? I would appreciate any help or suggestion that you may have!! Thanks!!:-)

Message: I'm kinda curious too. I was going to try to attempt it with my brother if the cost was outragously expensive. I'm kinda stalled now though. Still can't make up my mind on the rancho or the t.c. lift. I got the body lift but with all the problems I've heard with the manual transmission, I'm thinking about selling it. Maybe I'll just save for solid axles instead. MMMM...44's (drooling)....V8...doh!!!

Message: Success!!!! I totally feel on top of the world because Daks are bada$$ lifted. Final charge was $600 bucks not bad but still a little high for my poor a$$! Now that I a lifted Dak,should I go with 33x12.50's or keep my 32's for know??? Went to a locla tire shop and they said that 33's will not fit on 15x8 wheels and that no manufacuter will even make a special 15x10 wheel for the Dak on the 6lug pattern. So I'm at a lose, what should I do?????

Message: 33's will fit on a 15x8 and there are companies that make 15x10's with the 6 lug.
I have 35's on 15x8's right now, so there should be no problem. Plus there are plenty of people on this board that have that set up.
